Description

A comforting and delicious homemade lasagne recipe, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 400500g ground beef
  • 810 lasagne sheets
  • 23 dl tomato sauce
  • Generous amount of cheese (mozzarella and parmesan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add a good amount of tomato sauce and let simmer.
  4. Layer the lasagne sheets and sauce in a baking dish, with white sauce in between layers.
  5. Top off with cheese.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden on top.
  7. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, let the lasagne sit after baking before slicing. Don’t skimp on the sauce, and use fresh ingredients for a richer flavor.
