- 400–500g ground beef
- 8–10 lasagne sheets
- 2–3 dl tomato sauce
- Generous amount of cheese (mozzarella and parmesan)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add a good amount of tomato sauce and let simmer.
- Layer the lasagne sheets and sauce in a baking dish, with white sauce in between layers.
- Top off with cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden on top.
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, let the lasagne sit after baking before slicing. Don’t skimp on the sauce, and use fresh ingredients for a richer flavor.
